I am just like my brother! I love balls! Today I chased the ball with the bells in it all over the living room. Then I chased the O-ball football all over the living room. And then I chased the Spongebob ball all over the living room. It was so much fun!

Besides that I was pretty cranky today. I think I am teething. I couldn't even fall asleep cause I couldn't stop crying. Mommy gave me some Tylenol and I felt a little better. Being a baby is tough! I don't like teething but Daddy says it is worth it cause then I can eat steak!

This morning we went to Quinn's speech class. Today there was a TV in the observation room and Quinn was on it! That was kinda cool. Then while all the kids played in the motor room I got to cuddle with Mary's mom. She only has girls so she wanted to see what it was like to cuddle a boy baby! I didn't mind, she was nice and she walked me around.

Tonight Quinn was in his highchair and I was playing on the floor. I stood in front of him and grabbed his feet. Then I put his foot in my mouth (cause that is what I do with everything) it was yummy! Even though he kept kicking me I was giggling...I love feet!

I was pretty cranky today. I think it must be cause my teeth are bothering me. The only thing that made me happy was eating cheese curls! Then I ate so many cheese curls that I threw up...all over Mommy and the sofa. Oh well, I felt much better after that! Grandma Donna gave me a bath tonight. I cried the whole time, I just don't like the bathtub in this house. I hope I like the tub in the new house better!

I wasn't really acting like myself today. I was tired and cranky and a lot less active than usual. I sure hope it isn't cause I am getting sick!!! This is no time for me to be sick!

I did get to have some fun today. I rode on the bouncy zebra which was really fun. Of course I prefer to just stand next to it and suck on it's ears. I read Quinn's big Sesame Street book and had a good time lifting the flaps. My favorite toy of the day was Toby the Tot Bot. He really cracks me up!!

We went to speech with Quinn again today. I was pretty good until it was time for him to play in the motor room. I really wanted to play in there with him! Mommy was holding me (cause I was crying) and we were peaking in the window in the door. I decided I was going in so I grabbed the door handle and started shaking it! It didn't work though, darn! I'll get in there someday.

Besides that I had a fun day. I played with Quinn and Grandma Berta. Then Grandma Donna came over.

Now that I am growing up and can sit and crawl and stuff I get to do all kinds of fun things! This morning Mommy took me with her and Quinn to one of Quinn's friends birthday parties. It was a really fun party! There were lots of kids there and I really liked watching them all play. All the little girls kept coming over and stroking my hair, I guess little girls like babies. There was a train table there and I loved it! Mommy couldn't keep me away, even though I kept getting in the other kids way and messing up their train tracks. I loved all the little trains, I sucked on almost all of them. Then I discovered the drawers underneath and I pulled out all the trains from them too. I think Mommy is going to have to make some room in our new playroom for a train table!! She also needs to buy me some juice boxes. I kept trying to grab the other kids juice boxes so she went and got me my own. I sat there and drank the entire box of apple juice! It was delicious!

Grandma Donna hurt my feelings today :( She came over to watch us and the first thing she did was make fun of my outfit!!! I was wearing a onesie and my baby legs (legwarmers for babies), and she called me "Flashdance Baby"! I don't care, Mommy said I looked really cute and I believe her. It's okay, Grandma made it up to me by playing with me all day and chewing on my fingers! I love her!

Then tonight Grandma Jan came over! We had a great time playing together. Me and Grandpa Don played some too! He kept putting his hat on my head and that made me smile :)

Today pretty much sucked! I had to go to the doctor for my nine month checkup this morning. At first it was fine, they weighed me (20 lb 8 oz)and measured me. The doctor listened to my heart (perfect) and tickeled me a little. I grabbed his stethescope, it was really yummy! Then he left and the nurse came in a gave me a shot! Ouch!!! That really made me mad, but at least it was only one this time. And I don't have to go back until I am one!

Quinn's PT came over today and I kept trying to get her attention. She wouldn't play with me though, only Quinn. Then I crawled over and stood at the easel with them and Mommy took me away, I was so upset I cried!

Speech class looks like fun! I wanna get speech too!!! Mommy said if I don't start talking soon I might just get to :) Seriously though, Quinn gets all the attention and they have such need toys at Loyola. When I was sitting there with all the boring adults watching the kids play in the motor room today I got pretty mad. No one was even paying attention to me!!!

Tonight me and Quinn had a great time playing. The only problem was that I kept falling and crying. I cannot wait until we are in our new carpeted house!!!

I had a fun day today! Quinn's OT came over and I kept flirting with her and trying to steal her toys. Then we all went to the doctor with Mommy and I flirted with her too! I had to sit in the back of the stroller but I didn't mind...the straps are yummier back there anyway.

When we got home Mommy put me in my Pack and Play and gave me a bottle. Then she made a bunch of phone calls. I kept dropping my bottle and standing up to play. I had a great time playing in there, it is so bouncy and fun. Plus, when I fall it doesn't even hurt!

Now I know why they call them "hard"wood floors...ouch! It is a lot harder to get around on the floors in our house than it was at Grandma Donna's. I kept falling today and bumping my head. On the plus side there are all kinds of cool toys here that I could never get to before. I also really like cruising along the sofa here. I like this house but Mommy told me not to get too used to it. Apparently we are moving again very soon!!! I hope the new place has carpets!!!

I was a good boy last night! I slept all night and then I slept in this morning. I guess all that naked crawling really helped. Today was fun. I played and got into everything. I drank apple juice from my straw cup and ate lots of wagon wheels. I had a really good time playing with Quinn until he decided to play drums on my head! Mommy said I better get used to that stuff, but Grandma cuddled me and spoiled me much more than I really needed. Thanks Grandma!

Today was pretty fun. We went to speech and I sat with Mommy and watched Quinn play. Pretty soon I am going to be really mad if I don't get to go play with him!

My favorite part of today was right before bedtime. Grandma Donna was putting me in my PJs but decided to let me play naked for a while (in my diaper of course). I love being naked!!! I got all hyped up and started crawling all over and getting into everything. Me and Quinn were playing in the tent together. It was so much fun and I was moving so fast I even got out of breath! I was just doing Mommy a favor and getting all my energy out before bedtime!

I am pulling to stand on everything now! Unfortunately my favorite thing to stand up against is the diaper pail...Mommy really doesn't like it when I do that. I don't even need an edge anymore, I can do it against the back of the sofa or the wall no problem. I also cruised along the sofa a little today. It wasn't really hard but for some reason it made me mad, I don't think I like cruising! Quinn spent a lot of time today in his highchair watching TV. I kept going over and playing with his feet! I thought it was fun but Mommy said it was a good way to get kicked in the head so I stopped.

Mommy also tried to give me formula in my straw cup today. Uh, no Mommy...apple juice goes in the straw cup...formula goes in the bottle! Silly Mommy!

I had a fun day! Quinn slept most of the day so I got lots of attention, I like attention! Mommy gave me some apple juice in this cool cup with handles and a straw today. I loved it! Even though the straw had a valve and was kinda hard to suck I had no problem. Mommy said I looked like such a big boy drinking that way. I also discovered how much fun it is to stand up next to the TV like Quinn does. The TV kinda bores me sometimes though so I had a good time practicing crouching up and down. I can also climb the stairs like an expert now, so you better keep an eye on me if I come over to your house!

I am feeling a lot better today! My nose is still running, but my appetite is back and I am slightly less cranky. Mommy decided that since I don't really love the sippy cup she would try to teach me to drink from a straw. She went all the way back to Catonsville to get the special straw training cup she got when Quinn was a baby. Turns out I didn't need it! I know how to drink from a straw, especially when there is apple juice in the cup!!! I figured it out right away, Mommy was really impressed.

Today we went across the street to visit Grandma and Grandpop's neighbors. They have grandkids too so they were happy to see me and Quinn. Their grandkids weren't there, but their toys were! We had a great time over there.

I was a really good boy last night and slept almost through the night. Maybe I will do that again tonight, Mommy sure looks like she could use a break.

I am one cranky boy! I was cranky most of the day and got really bad when it was time for bed. Let's just say that I cried for a looooong time and leave it at that.

Of course, I was a perfect angel when we were at the mall. I am always really good when we are out. Mommy should be thankful for that at least!!!

I feel like total crappola! I really do not like being sick. There is all this yucky stuff running out of my nose and I keep coughing. Mommy is always trying to wipe my nose and I don't like that one bit. I don't even feel like taking a bottle most of the time. The only thing that makes me happy is graham crackers....I ate half a box today!

Even though I am miserable having this cold hasn't really slowed me down. I am still crawling all over, but faster now. I can pull to stand on almost anything now, and I am playing with cruising and standing independently. Today Mommy went upstairs for a minute and I crawled over to the sofa really quick and pulled to stand. Then I reached over and got the remote and started chewing on it. There is nothing yummier than a remote! When she came back down I was standing up against the sofa chewing happily on the remote and ESPN was on the TV. Everytime I get my hands on the remote it ends up getting changed to ESPN...Mommy says I must be a future sports fan.

I don't feel good! I am one sick little boy :( I have a yucky cough, my nose is running, and I am mighty cranky. I didn't have a very good weekend cause I just felt miserable most of the time. However, today I discovered that I really love graham crackers...so at least there is that.

Daddy took care of me all morning! That means I drank way too much formula, didn't get any solid food, and watched lots of educational television. But it also means I got to spend the day with my Daddy and I just love the big guy!!!

Tonight Grandma Donna took care of us. That was pretty fun. I love spending time with Grandma, but Quinn doesn't like to share her. We crawled around the kitchen and ate animal crackers, yumm-o! Then I played while Quinn watched Finding Nemo. After that I fell asleep in Grandma Donna's arms...ahhhh :)

My crawling is really coming along! I am going pretty fast now and even the kitchen floor barely slows me down. I am also pulling to stand more and experimenting with letting go. Pretty soon Mommy is going to have to start blocking me into the living room too!

I did something pretty funny today. Mommy decided to give me cereal for lunch. Well, I am not like Quinn and I do not really like the way plain cereal tastes. Of course, I will still eat it cause I will eat pretty much anything. So while Mommy was feeding me the yucky cereal I happened to glance down at my bib and noticed a cracker left over in the pocket part! When Mommy went to get another spoonful I reached down and grabbed the cracker and shoved it in my mouth... Sorry Mom, no room for yucky cereal!!!

Tonight we played with the little piano that is in my room. I really liked it. Mommy says I might have real talent! I played with both hands and moved my fingers over the keys just like Mommy was! Daddy, you have got to teach me that Tears for Fears song that you always play on the xylophone! Mommy says she loves that song!

Today was pretty fun. This morning I was crawling all over while Mommy got Quinn ready to go to speech and I fell. I cut my cheek right under my eye, but it didn't hurt that much and I was having fun, so I didn't even really cry! I like the new look, I think it makes me look tough :)

I wore my new jeans to speech and they are a little too big. It wasn't a problem till we got home and I tried crawling...they started falling off! This is the point that Mommy realized she didn't bring any of my comfy pants with us to grandma's house! So she put me in Quinn's dorky moose pants that totally didn't go with my shirt. They actually fit pretty good even though they are a size 2T! I am getting so big!

Look, no hands!

This is a really sad news story about a little boy from my birth board. He was born right around the same time as me and he is really sick. I hope he gets some new bone marrow soon, maybe someone who reads my blog is a match? Mommy said they should just take him home in a bubble..but I guess they don't do that anymore :(

I had a fun day. It was Daddy's birthday today, but that doesn't mean he gets to skip out on diaper duty! He only had to change a few, Mommy and Grandma Donna did the rest. Mommy said she should have named me Pooper instead of Cooper...thanks Mom! I am probably pooping so much cause of all the new foods I am eating. I eat anything anyone gives me, although I wasn't thrilled with the brocolli I got at dinner tonight. Mommy is writing my blog so late cause I just wouldn't go to sleep. I just laid in bed with her and talked and talked. I sure talk a lot for someone with no vocabulary! Just you wait until I learn some words!

I am having a major gross motor skills growth spurt!! I pulled up to standing this morning! Mommy was putting her slippers on and I crawled over and pulled up on the futon. Then the rest of the day I tried to pull up on everything I could get my hands on. Sitting, crawling, pulling to stand...next thing you know I will be walking! Mommy, are you scared? You should be!!!!

I love living at Grandma Donna's house! It is so much fun here!

It is even more fun now that I am officially crawling! That is right, I am crawling really good now. I can crawl from the living room all the way into the kitchen, and that is pretty far at Grandma Donna's house. Today I also crawled over to the stairs and tried to climb them, but Mommy said to slow down! I guess I am not quite ready for that yet.

We all went out to dinner tonight and it was really fun! I ate cheese curls and french fries and they were yummy. Quinn even shared his ice cream with me at dessert and that was the best stuff I ever tasted! Even better than chocolate mousse!!!

We came home and played and then I fell asleep in Grandma Donna's arms...I love it here!

Today when I woke up I couldn't even open my eye it was so gunky! So Mommy called the doctor and they said we had to go in. I almost got out of it cause our car was plowed in under a bunch of frozen snow....but Grandma Jan was home and her car wasn't! She came and got us and we all went to the doctor. It wasn't bad at all, I don't know why Quinn got so upset last time. Turns out that both my ears are infected!!! No wonder I have been so cranky! So now I am on the same yummy medicine as Quinn and also some eye ointment (so my eye will get better in time for Christine's party).

Other big news....me! I weigh 20 pounds!!! That is only 5 less than Quinn, I am really catching up!

Since I haven't been feeling good Mommy has been giving me some Children's Tylenol. It is cherry flavored and really yummy, so I am real good at taking it. I open my mouth right up when I see the dropper coming. Tonight when Mommy put my eye ointment on I got confused and thought I was getting yummy medicine so I smiled and opened my mouth really wide. I was pretty darn dissapointed when Mommy stuck it in my eye instead of my mouth!

Cooper loves to chew on strings, his favorite is on Mommy's sweatshirt, but he will settle for pull toys.

Poor Cooper! He isn't feeling well, he couldn't even finish his cheese curls. There is one clutched in his right hand anyway, he wasn't quite ready to let it go.

I was twice as cranky today as I normally am, and that is mighty cranky!!! I think I am getting a cold, that is probably why I was in such a bad mood.

At least I went down for my nap easy. I was just sitting on the sofa next to Mommy playing with the remote, next thing you know, I was sound asleep with the remote in my mouth! Mommy managed to somehow get the remote away from me and put me in my crib without waking me up. But when I got up from my nap I was not happy!

Poor Mommy, I really put her through the ringer today!

Quinn's teacher came over today! I didn't take my eyes off her the whole time she was here, she is such a fun lady to learn from.

Mommy says I am officially crawling, but I am still not very good at it. I wonder if I will ever go as fast as Quinn, he is an expert crawler! I am also sitting great. I can reach over pretty far and get a toy now without falling over. I love sitting and playing with toys, especially my animal train toys. Quinn always tries to take toys away from me when I am still playing with them so now when I see him coming I pull them all real close to me and hold on tight. Pretty smart, huh?

I didn't get a good nap today. Stuff kept happening and I kept getting woken up. We went to Grandma Jan's house twice. It was really fun over there! I especially liked playing with the blocks, they were yummy. I also managed to wiggle my way over to her books and push them in. She hates when Quinn does that and I am such a little devil I had to try it too! I didn't get nearly as good a reaction as Quinn did!

Since I missed my nap I was so tired that I couldn't even manage to eat my cheese curls! Now that is tired!!! So Mommy gave them to Quinn and put me down to sleep. I will be getting her back for giving away my curls tommorow morning at 4 AM when I wake up starving!

My name is Cooper, and I am a cheese-curl-aholic. Seriously! I love cheese curls so much I can't get enough of them! Mommy puts them on my tray and I just grab them and shove them right in my mouth. I love food! I can't wait until I have some teeth so I can eat foods that don't dissove too.

Today we had to take Quinn to the doctor. While Mommy was getting everything ready all I wanted was for her to hold me. So I screamed and screamed, I screamed so hard I threw up...that was very unpleasent:( When we got to the doctors I was really good though, Quinn was the one who was screaming there! I hope I don't get sick too!!!

Little Devil!

We went to speech with Quinn today and I was an excellent little boy! I behaved really well, I got everyone there thinking I was a perfect angel, but Mommy told them the truth. I am getting so close to crawling and I even go a little forwards sometimes now. It should be any day now.

We went to Grandma Jan's house today, but she wasn't there. Me and Mommy raided her snack stash and I got to eat my first Dorito, yum-o! Thanks Grandma! I got to play on the floor while Quinn ate lunch and I was really interested in the part of the floor where it goes from the rug in the dining room to the floor in the kitchen. I kept pivoting to check it out and smacking the hard floor and then rubbing the carpet. I had a great time.

Big News!!! I am officially a sitter! Today Mommy sat me down in front of my toy and I didn't fall over at all. I barely even resisted getting into the sitting position! That means I officially know how to sit. Not only that, but I can get out of sitting all alone and pretty gracefully for a newbie....and I have been trying to get into sitting on my own all day. I am such an overacheiver :) I must have had what Mommy calls a "gross motor spurt" because I am getting very close to crawling too. Watch out Quinn, I am catching up!!!

I slept really well last night cause I am back in my own room. I love having my own room and Mommy has decided that I don't have to share with Quinn at the new house. She is also getting pretty good at painting so I bet my new room is gonna be an awesome color!

I got to spend a bunch of time today just me and Grandma Donna! It was so much fun! We played and had a snack together. I worked on independent sitting, I think I am almost there! The good news is my room is done being painted so I can move back in there tommorow. I don't like having to sleep in different rooms/cribs all the time. Plus, when Mommy and Daddy come in the room it always wakes me up, I am a very light sleeper.

Tommorow we are going to hang out with Grandma Jan all day! I can't wait, it is always so exciting.

Sleeping in Mommy's room did not go well! Once I realized that Mommy was so close I kept crying to get her to pick me up and hold me. And when I wasn't crying I was babbling loudly and rocking back and forth and generally making a whole lot of noise. Let's just say that Quinn was the only one in our house that got a good nights sleep last night. Tonight I am sleeping in my port-a-crib in the living room...oh well.

Today was fun. I squirmed all around the living room and got into all the toys. I had a great time playing with my music table and also my car toy. I can't believe I am not crawling yet! I am sitting better so at least there is that, but between you and me....I'd rather crawl.

Tonight Grandma Donna came over and watched me and Quinn while Mommy and Daddy went out to do stuff. Mommy went to Babies R Us and got me a new bathtub. I am not thrilled cause I hate baths, but something must be done about my stinkiness!

I spent a lot of time in Mommy's room today! I think I am gonna be spending a lot more cause Daddy moved my crib in there tonight. The painter guy is gonna paint my room tommorow! I am a little dissapointed that it is just gonna be a boring color, cause we are selling the house and all. Mommy promised me my new room can be a really cool kids color if I want....I want!!!

So why did I spend so much time in Mommy's room? Well, the painter guy was here and he kept interupting my nap. So Mommy took me into her bed and held me while I slept for a while, I love when she does that!! Then tonight Grandma Donna came over and they were working on Mommy's room so I played in the bed the whole time. It was lots of fun! Mommy's room rocks, it has a ceiling fan and a TV!!!

This is what happens when your nap is interrupted by the painter guy! I ran to the bathroom and came back to find Cooper slumped over in his excersaucer sound asleep. After I checked to make sure he was breathing I got the camera :)

I had a great time watching Quinn get his therapy today! I didn't take my eyes off him the whole time, I am trying to learn everything that he is learning so I can play with him better. I had a yummy lunch of organic sweet potatoes. Peapod delivered organic by mistake and I gotta say...they really taste better than the regular kind!

I am doing much better at sitting. I can actually sit on my own, but I don't usually want to and sometimes I just fall right over. But as long as Mommy stays nearby and I have something interesting to play with I am usually okay. Today I had a great time playing with the Sesame Street pop up toy. I liked pushing the guys back down and sometimes I could even make one of the pop ups go on my own. I sat on my own for at least 10 minutes so that is pretty good!

Grandma Donna came over tonight and I made a really yucky diaper just for her! I really like it when she changes me, she always gives me something cool to play with!

I am a pooping maniac today! I went 3 times while I was with Grandma Jan and twice after I got home. Each time it was so bad my diaper leaked, yuck!

Besides that today was really fun. Grandma Donna and Grandpop Bill came over this morning and we played a little. It was lots of fun to see them, except I never look Grandpop in the eye...it's a little game we play. After they were here a while the other grandparents came over and got me and Quinn. We went to the supermarket and the mall and it was lots of fun! Quinn got his hair cut and now he looks really different. I am glad they didn't cut any of my hairs!

I haven't been feeling too great today. I still have that cough and now I am a little stuffy too. I had a really nasty diaper three times today! I was also extra fussy. My favorite part of the day was when Mommy put me in my highchair and gave me a sippy cup full of water! I held it all by myself and drank like a big boy...just like Quinn!!! It was great!

I have a cough! It isn't too bad (yet), and it doesn't sound like a seal barking (huh?) so hopefully it will just go away. We didn't go to speech cause it was snowing (again!) and Mommy didn't want to take me out like that.

I got a really nice blanket in the mail today from my Great Aunt Pat. Mommy said she made it herself! I didn't know that was possible! I really liked it, but I liked the tissue paper she wrapped it in better. I had a really good time with that!

If you know me you know that I smile a lot, but never really laugh. Maybe if you tickle my belly just right I will giggle, but so far I am not much of a laugher. Well, today Portia made me laugh, and she made me laugh hard! I was on the sofa with Mommy and Portia jumped up next to me with her toy. She was swinging it all around and it just struck me as really funny. I laughed a big belly laugh and Mommy was so surprised! She thought I was coughing or choking cause she never heard me do that before. Nope, I was laughing and I kept laughing for another five minutes while I watched Portia jumping around. Laughing is fun, maybe I will start doing it more often!

Well, I woke up this morning covered with poop...so I figured it was going to be a rough day. I was right! I must have caught Quinn's stomach flu. My belly was really bothering me and I had three more really yucky diapers today, but no throw up. Even though I had a belly ache it didn't affect my appetite much, it takes more than a little stomach flu to slow me down! I was a bit more cranky than usual so that was really bad. Mommy is seriously considering buying me my own remote since that is the only thing that makes me happy!

I am still not crawling, can you believe it??!!! I am not really sitting independently yet either, but that is cause I don't want to. What I am doing is squirming all over the living room and getting into everything that I back into! Now that I am getting around a little better me and Quinn can play more. It will be so much fun when I can really crawl and sit. I can't wait till I get bigger than him though, he is always stealing all my toys!

Mommy noticed today that I have developed this silly little habit. Sometimes I stick out my tounge while I am playing, just a little and it is always pointed upwards. Daddy said that both he and Grandma Jan have the same habit! Aren't genetics scary?

Tonight I was really fussy so Mommy sat me next to her on the sofa with my two favorite things...the remote, and a catalog. I was so happy! I chewed on the remote and tore apart the catalog, it kept me occupied for quite a while.

Today it snowed for the first time in my whole life! I had a great time looking out the window and watching it come down. That is a lot of white stuff!!!

Cooper is just like his Mommy! He couldn't get enough of this Diet Coke can, it wasn't open or anything, just very cold and felt good on his gums.

I had a rough couple of days, Mommy went away and Daddy took care of me! I love him and he does a good job...but he is no Mommy!

Today was a fun day. I went to a meeting this morning with Mommy and Grandma Jan, it was pretty boring cause all they were talking about was Quinn. Thank goodness they had some toys there for me to play with! This afternoon while Quinn was taking a nap Mommy left me with Great Grandma Berta and took a nap too. It was lots of fun, I drove Grandma nuts! I fussed a bunch, pooped a bunch, and generally gave her a really hard time. She was so happy to see Mommy when she came back downstairs. Grandma Berta is a really great babysitter, but I think I wore her out big time!

Today we went to the Moms Club meeting and it was really fun. We got to stay in the nursery the whole time so I got to watch all the big kids playing. They had two excersaucers there so I got in one and my friend Emmine got in the other. We had a really good time hanging out together, she is a really nice and pretty little girl! Of course, I am never happy for long, so Mommy put me in the swing they had there. It was much nicer than my swing cause it goes side to side and I really liked it. Too bad I am almost too big for it now. Quinn was eating teddy grahms and I really wanted one, so Mommy let me suck on one...it was cinnamony good!

Still no luck on the crawling front. Oh well. I got to stand at my music table today and I had a great time playing with it. Quinn came over and showed me how everything worked, but then he mistook my head for a button and Mommy made him stop playing with me! I didn't mind, but apparently bopping your little brother on the head is bad.

I had the yummiest baby food today! Blueberries and Apples! Yummo!

I am one frustrated little boy! I want to crawl, I want to move, I want to go all the places Quinn goes, but I can't. I just can't seem to figure out this crawling thing and it is making me mad. I was in a bad mood all day, and Mommy thinks that is why. It is either that or teeth, and there is still no sign of them! Today I tried to crawl over to the sofa where Mommy was sitting and I ended up wedged under my play dome....yes, it was behind me when I started. Mommy thought it was funny, but I sure didn't. I was so cranky that the only thing that cheered me up was to watch Signing Time, that is such a great DVD! I love watching all the cute little babies.

My favorite part of today was when Mommy and me sat together and read books. I just wanted to chew on them, but Mommy showed me how much fun it is to look at the inside too. Who knew??!!

I had a fun weekend. I got to see both my grandmas and that was great! I have been working hard on my crawling, but alas...I am still going backwards. I really wish I could figure it out cause it is really starting to bug me. No progress on the sitting either, I only want to stand.

Grandma Jan must have fed me something funky yesterday cause today my poop was black as tar! Sorry Mommy (and Daddy). I got to have some pizza crust at dinner tonight and it was really yummy. I can't wait until I get some toothers!

I hung out with Daddy all day today and it was great! We watched Star Trek and played with the computer. After Mommy got home we all went to the mall and that was really fun. I liked looking around a lot and Mommy even gave me a few bites of ice cream!

Today was really fun! We went to Quinn's horseback riding lesson andI got to see all the horses. I also really like hanging out in the barn cause they play loud country music all the time. Today I decided to sing along! Mommy said I am a pretty good singer, even though I don't have any words yet.

I slept right through Quinn' s PT appointment but I woke up in time to see Grandma Donna when she dropped by. It was a pretty good day.

I was a pretty cranky baby today! I just didn't know what I wanted, so Mommy couldn't figure it out either. I did enjoy watching Quinn play though, he is such an entertaining brother! Mommy gave me green beans for dinner tonight and suprisingly...I liked them! I also ate a wagon wheel and that was really yummy.

I had to take a bath today and it sucked! I really hate baths. This time Mommy didn't fill the tub, just used a bin of water like Grandma Jan suggested. Well Grandma, I didn't want to play with the water, I just wanted to scream! I didn't scream quite as loud, but it was still a scream.

I am doing all sorts of new things lately! I am really getting up on my hands and knees a lot and rocking back and forth. Sometimes I shoot forwards, but usually I still end up going backwards. I am also starting to figure out that if I want to be picked up, I should hold out my arms. I also noticed that giving a nice big smile while I do it helps a lot! Grandma Donna also swore she heard me say "yes" today when she asked if I had a wet diaper...but we all know how grandma's are about hearing things. I am also getting pretty close to sitting alone. I did it without falling for a couple of minutes today! I would still rather stand up though!
