I don't want to be put down! It is really late at night, but everytime Mommy tries to put me down I wake up and cry! Good thing she can type with one hand! I am probably acting like this cause I was totally spoiled today. Lots of people came over to see me and I barely got put down at all! I got to spend all day with Grandma Donna and I got to meet my Great Grandma Berta, my Uncle Ben, and my Aunt Becky today for the first time. I really liked meeting everyone and suggling with them. It was a pretty exciting day!

Well, the state of my bum is not good! I have a nasty case of diaper rash and today it started to bleed. Guess what that meant? Another trip to the doctor! We went this afternoon and the doctor said everything is okay. She gave Mommy a perscription for medicine but the stupid insurance company said I wasn't in their system! Of course I am not in their system, I am only 12 days old!!! Daddy will fix it tommorow, but my bum hurts tonight, you know what I mean??

The good news is I am putting on weight really fast! I weighed 7 lbs 8 oz today, and just one short week ago I was only 6 lbs 12 oz! Formula is good! I am so happy Mommy doesn't make me drink that yucky breastmilk anymore.

Grandma Donna came over today and she gave me lots of lovin. I think I might really like this whole "grandma" thing. Tommorow Grandma Jan is coming over so I will get even more lovin! I can't wait!!!

I was a really good boy today! I was even less fussy that usual, and I am usually not that bad. I took an extra long nap this afternoon, but that was Mommy's fault. She swaddled me in my warmest, most comfy blanket and I just slept and slept! Usually I only get swaddled at night, for obvious reasons. And in case you were wondering I like to sleep with my head turned to the side (and sometimes my whole body on its side) and with the lights on. I am pretty particular about those lights too! I turn my head and my body by myself though, no help from Mommy or Daddy. I do it cause I don't want one of those flat baby heads with an ugly bald spot!

My hands have been peeling, but they seem to be getting a little better. I love my hands! I like to grab stuff and hold it, like Mommy's shirt, or Daddy's finger. I also like lifting my head up to look around. I live in a pretty neat house...there are toys everywhere!!! I can't wait until I am big enough to play with some of them!

My name is Cooper and I am 10 days old today! My mommy says all the kids in this family have to have their own blog, so here I am. My big brother Quinn said he was all done sharing his blog with me, so I needed my own space to post pictures and talk about my life. I pretty much only eat, burp, poop, pee, cry, and sleep right now. So this may be a pretty boring blog for a while. My mommy will try to spice it up with lots of pictures of me though.....
